Families Read by Jameson Pi
On Nov 19 several families and students came to Browning to share questions and talk about the book: “The Liar’s Society”, a book about a girl trying to get herself into boston royalty at a new school. Written by Alyson Gerber, came to our assembly a handful of weeks ago. Every student in the book club had to finish the book over the span of a few months. The amazing experience lasted from 5:30-6pm after school. The book is an amazing piece of literature full of surprising plot twists and turns! There were questions on every seat for parents and students to debate and answer, with cookies and soda from the kitchen staff. The Wilson room was where the experience was conducted. There were questions on every seat to encourage contribution. The person who conducted it all was Mrs. Louis. With many discussions on things such as the oath and plot twists. The families' reading was amazing and several families contributed to the discussions.
